The 2025 Employee Satisfaction Survey, conducted annually by the Administration Department, was distributed to employees of the Taiwan Holding Company between 16th and 18th December 2025. All 10 questionnaires issued were returned, achieving a 100% response rate. The overall average employee satisfaction score was 86 points. No suggestions were raised by staff this year, indicating reasonable satisfaction with the overall working environment, job content, and interactions with supervisors and colleagues. We shall continue striving to foster a supportive workplace environment, such as creating a greener office setting to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity, and providing occasional afternoon refreshments to retain talented individuals, thereby promoting the company's long-term development and competitiveness.
