Community Charity

The Company operates as a holding company in Taiwan, with its office located in Beishan Village, Guanxi Township, Hsinchu County. This area primarily focuses on agricultural tourism development. The Company provides employment opportunities for local personnel, giving priority to hiring individuals from neighbouring regions.

As of the end of December 2025, the office comprises a total of 10 personnel (including 2 staff members assigned to overseas subsidiaries). Five of these employees are local to Guanxi Township or neighbouring areas such as Longtan and Daxi in Taoyuan, accounting for 50% of the workforce and demonstrating a commitment to community integration. Furthermore, on 28 November 2025, a donation of NT$10,000 was made to the Beishan Community Development Association in Guanxi Township, Hsinchu County, contributing modestly to community development. Participation in the community's senior citizens' birthday celebration activities further fostered neighbourly relations.

Discussions with Dahu Agricultural and Industrial Vocational School in Miaoli County to establish an industry-academia collaboration programme for nurturing seed talent within the sector, actively promoting sustainable development guidelines.
