Measures to protect employees
The company and its subsidiaries have set up dedicated safety and health management personnel or units to continuously improve various safety and health measures to create a high-quality working environment; strengthen safety knowledge and promote health promotion activities to effectively enhance employees' safety defense capabilities , to ensure employees’ work safety and take care of their physical and mental health.
In order to fulfill the corporate social responsibility and protect the safety of colleagues, we take providing a safe, healthy and comfortable working environment as our primary goal, promote health and safety management, and enable colleagues to develop correct health concepts and physical and mental health. The Company is committed to the following:
- ① The office's central air conditioner is maintained and cleaned twice a year to keep the air in the office fresh; environmental disinfection is performed irregularly to maintain the cleanliness of the office.
- ② Regularly conduct office working environment inspections, such as water quality inspections, etc.
- ③ The entrances and exits of public meeting rooms are disinfected with antibacterial liquid every day, and hand washing stations are equipped with antibacterial hand soap to prevent epidemic diseases and maintain the health of employees.
- ④ All new employees must first participate in employee education and training to understand the work environment and promote employee work safety.
- ⑤ Conduct health education campaigns regularly to reduce the chances of accidents.
- ⑥ Regularly conduct employee health checks and implement health management tracking.
- ⑦ Organize health promotion activities to encourage colleagues to develop good exercise habits.
- ⑧ Smoking is prohibited in the office to ensure a smoke-free working environment for employees.
- ⑨ Advocate energy conservation, reduce resource waste, and promote office environmental protection campaigns.
- ⑩ Colleagues entering and leaving the office are covered by outpatient surgery insurance to ensure a safe working environment for every employee.
- ⑪ Establish and regularly maintain relevant fire-fighting facilities and equipment that comply with fire-fighting regulations.
- ⑫ Our company regularly cooperates with the Hsinchu County Fire Department in fire drills and training activities. On June 26, 2024, we invited the Guanxi Detachment of the Third Brigade of the Hsinchu County Government Fire Department to conduct a building self-defense fire drill. The content of the drill is as follows:

The company currently provides a monthly maternity allowance of NT$3,000 per child, creates a pregnant woman-friendly environment, provides prenatal check-up taxi subsidies, and increases the proportion of female employees returning to work after childbirth, so that good benefits can become an incentive for childbirth and attract Incentives for employees to stay.
The company's main revenue source is automotive components. It has established complete environmental and automotive quality certification based on operational needs and has passed ISO14001 and IATF16949 certifications. In order to fulfill the corporate responsibility of protecting the environment and taking care of the safety and health of colleagues, and based on the awareness of environmental protection and the need for management such as pollution prevention and control, and environmental protection social responsibility.
