Employee benefit measures, retirement systems and their implementation

In addition to employee benefits as stipulated in the Labor Standards Act and related regulations, the Company has also established rules for managing weddings and funerals. The Company not only provides various subsidies to employees for weddings, funerals, illness, and childbirth, we also regularly organize various trips and club activities to stimulate employees' physical and mental health and strengthen their friendship. We also implement the annual profit sharing and annual bonus for employees, which we fully realize the management concept of "seek for the well-being".

In accordance with the Labor Pension Act, a monthly retirement reserve of 6% of salary is provided to employees who are subject to the Act. The amount is deposited into their individual pension accounts to provide them with maximum retirement protection.

The company's 2023year-end performance bonus payment was approved by the board of directors resolution on January 16, 2024.
It is based on the achievement of indicators such as company operating results, personal performance and contribution, as the basis for the year-end performance bonus payment to all colleagues.
