Energy Management Plan
IKKA recognises the importance of environmental protection. To effectively promote and implement environmental management, the Tokyo plant in Japan and the plants in Thailand, China, Malaysia and Vietnam have all obtained ISO 14001 environmental management system certification, establishing a comprehensive organisation, policy and related management practices. The Company operates its offices with the aim of conserving energy, reducing carbon emissions and using resources efficiently, and plans and implements various management measures to reduce the environmental impact of its operations.

The energy management plan was developed in 2025, with 2025 as the base year, but there is no way to compare the achievement of the plan.
Energy-saving measures
To enhance energy efficiency and reduce carbon footprint, our company promotes the following energy-saving measures in all operating locations:
- Purchasing electrical equipment with energy-saving labels.
- Maintaining air conditioning temperatures between 26 and 28 degrees Celsius; promoting the practice of closing doors to prevent air conditioning leakage.
- Regularly cleaning air conditioning filters and equipment to maintain operational efficiency and avoid energy waste.
- Replacing all lighting equipment with LED lights.
- Continuously promoting energy-saving concepts and posting reminder signs.
- Promoting energy-saving policies, such as ensuring lights are turned off in public areas and that office computers are set to energy-saving mode.
Future planning
The plan is to implement a smart energy monitoring system to monitor and analyze electricity consumption in real time, aiming to improve the accuracy of energy management decisions through data-driven methods and actively move towards low-carbon operations by gradually expanding the application of energy-saving measures.
