Greenhouse gas management and reduction targets
Our company (individual) completed the greenhouse gas emissions inspection for 2024 in July 2025 and obtained the inspection opinion letter required by the ISO-14064-1:2018 standard. The inventory data for 2025 is planned to be completed in late August 2026 in accordance with the ISO14064-1 standard.
The greenhouse gas reduction management policies of our Japanese subsidiary, Sol-Plus Co., Ltd. (SPJ), and our Thai subsidiary, HIRAISEIMITSU (THAILAND) CO.,LTD. (HST), including reduction targets, implementation measures, and achievement status, are explained below:
Environmental Policy: SBTi* (Science-Based Targets Initiative): An initiative launched by an international non-governmental organization, requiring private companies and various organizations to set greenhouse gas emission reduction targets based on scientific evidence to achieve the goals of the Paris Agreement. It is operated by CDP, the World Resources Institute, and the World Wildlife Fund. SBTi certifies greenhouse gas reduction targets that comply with the Paris Agreement as scientifically based targets.
Reduction Targets: Scope 1+2, compared to 2018, aims to reduce GHG emissions by 50% by 2030.

Greenhouse gas strategy and specific action plan
In line with the global call for "green and low-carbon" environmental protection, and as a responsible global citizen, our company has an undeniable duty to fulfill its corporate social responsibility. Therefore, we actively conduct organized greenhouse gas monitoring to effectively control and manage our current greenhouse gas emissions. Based on the monitoring results, we further promote greenhouse gas verification programs to demonstrate our commitment to recognizing the environmental and climate impacts of greenhouse gas emissions on global warming.
Our company is committed to supporting international efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and to supporting government reduction targets. We strive to fulfill our corporate social responsibility, meet customer and government environmental regulations, and educate our employees to understand and proactively take effective supporting actions.
