(Note1) The Company's 2020 earnings distribution plan was resolved by the board of directors on April 26, 2021 with cash dividend of NT$81,000,000 distributed to shareholders. The dividend was originally planned for NT$3.68181818 per share, but it was adjusted to NT$3 ( rounded up to the dollar) per share due to the issuance of new common stock shares, causing the outstanding shares increased from 22,000,000 shares to 27,000,000 shares, for the cash capital increase due to the first-time listing on May 27, 2021.
